These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aitraininghq.com, portal.aitraininghq.com, and any products, memberships, courses, workshops, or services provided by Crandell Consulting LLC, doing business as AI Training HQ ("AI Training HQ," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our site, submitting a form, making a purchase, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. ABOUT OUR SERVICES
AI Training HQ is an AI education brand teaching entrepreneurs and small business owners how to use AI and automation tools to run smarter businesses. We provide training, community memberships, courses, workshops, and related educational services.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use our site and services.
3. PURCHASES AND PAID PROGRAMS
The specific services, deliverables, price, and billing arrangement for any paid program are defined at the point of purchase for that program, or in a separate agreement between you and AI Training HQ.
Program-specific terms, including price, billing frequency, automatic renewal, cancellation, refund rules, and any promotional or conditional pricing, are presented to you on the checkout page for that program before you buy. Those terms apply to that purchase and form part of these Terms. Where a program's checkout terms and these Terms differ, the checkout terms control for that program.
For all purchases:
• All prices are in U.S. dollars, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes.
• You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file for any recurring program.
• Payments are processed by our payment processor. You authorize us and our processor to charge your payment method as described at checkout.
• If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your access may be suspended or cancelled.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation right you have under applicable law.
4. YOUR ACCOUNT
Accounts are for one person. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share your login, resell your access, or provide paid content to anyone who has not paid for it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that share access, without refund.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree to use our website, portal, and community lawfully and not to:
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, portal, or their security
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or related systems
• Use the site or community to transmit harmful, unlawful, misleading, harassing, or abusive content
• Copy, reproduce, record, or distribute our content without permission
• Share your login or provide paid content to non-members
• Use a community or program primarily to solicit or sell to other participants without our permission
• Scrape, harvest, or use participant information for any purpose other than participating
• Use our content or community data to train a competing AI model or build a competing offer
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, in the member portal, and in our courses and workshops, including text, video, graphics, logos, templates, prompts, workflows, and design, is the property of AI Training HQ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a program grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use that content for your own business for as long as your access is active. You may use templates, prompts, and workflows inside your own business. You may not resell, republish, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage them as your own product, course, or lead magnet. You may not record, screenshot for distribution, or share paid content publicly. You may not use our branding without our prior written permission. This license ends when your access ends.
Content you post
You keep ownership of what you post in our communities and programs. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute it within that community or program for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to post what you post.
7. CHANGES TO PRICING AND SERVICES
We may change pricing, features, content, program structure, or the platforms we use to deliver them. If we increase the price of an existing recurring program, we will give you notice before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before the new price applies. Continued participation after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.
We may add, modify, or discontinue any part of a service. If we permanently discontinue a paid recurring program entirely, we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.
8. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
Our site, training, and services reference and link to third-party platforms and tools including but not limited to GoHighLevel, Notion, Fathom, Claude, and other AI and automation software. Those tools are governed by their own terms and are billed separately by their providers. We are not responsible for the content, pricing, availability, accuracy, or practices of those third parties, and changes they make to their products may affect the usefulness of our training.
Some links to third-party tools are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission or credit if you sign up through them. Where we offer a benefit that depends on a third-party signup, the conditions of that benefit are stated at the point where it is offered.
9. AI OUTPUT AND NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Our training covers the use of AI tools. AI tools can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased output. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything you produce with them before relying on it or using it in your business.
Our content is educational. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for your specific situation.
10. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
We teach systems and skills. We do not guarantee any particular business, revenue, or performance result. Any results, examples, or case studies referenced are illustrative and are not a promise of specific outcomes. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, market, and execution.
11. DISCLAIMERS
Our website, free content, and paid services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site or portal will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Training HQ and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or services will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Training HQ and its owner from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the site or services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that harms our community or other participants. You may end a recurring program at any time by cancelling under the terms shown at checkout for that program. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
