This Privacy Policy explains what information AI Training HQ collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. AI Training HQ is a brand of Crandell Consulting LLC ("AI Training HQ," "we," "us," or "our"). It applies to aitraininghq.com, portal.aitraininghq.com, the AI Ops Lab membership, our workshops and courses, and any emails or text messages we send you.
By using our website or services, you agree to this Policy.
1. INFORMATION YOU GIVE US
We collect information you enter yourself, including:
• Contact details. Name, email address, phone number, business name, and mailing or billing address.
• Account details. The username and login credentials you create for the AI Ops Lab portal.
• Purchase details. What you bought, when, the amount, and your subscription status. Payment card numbers go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Things you submit. Form responses, survey answers, support requests, comments and posts inside the community, and anything you send us by email or text.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY
When you visit our sites, we and our providers collect technical data through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies:
• IP address and general location (city or region level)
• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, and the site you arrived from
• Email and SMS engagement, such as whether you opened a message or clicked a link
3. INFORMATION FROM OTHERS
We may receive information about you from:
• Our payment processor, confirming a payment succeeded, failed, or was refunded
• Referral and affiliate programs, confirming that you signed up for a third-party tool through one of our links
• Event and webinar platforms, when you register for a workshop we host
4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
• To create and run your account and deliver the training and membership you purchased
• To process payments, manage renewals, and handle cancellations and billing problems
• To send you transactional messages: receipts, login details, renewal notices, and service updates
• To send marketing emails and text messages where you have given consent
• To answer your questions and provide support
• To understand how our sites and content are used, and to improve them
• To keep our systems secure, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service
• To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
5. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Purchases are made through checkout pages hosted on our GoHighLevel platform, with payments processed by Stripe. Your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe's own privacy policy and security standards. We receive only the information needed to run your account: the last four digits of your card, card brand, expiration date, transaction amounts, and payment status.
6. EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGES
We send email through GoHighLevel. Transactional emails, such as receipts and account notices, are sent to all customers as part of the service. Marketing emails are sent only where you have opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect promptly.
Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages about your account, your membership, or our programs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of email.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the messaging providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.
7. COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND ADVERTISING
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, measure site traffic, and measure the performance of our ads.
This includes analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel. These tools set their own cookies and may combine what they collect on our site with data they hold from other sites. That means some of your activity on our site may be used to show you our ads elsewhere.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and you can adjust ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of our site work.
8. SERVICE PROVIDERS WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH
We share information only with the providers that make our business run, and only as needed for them to perform their work for us. We require them to protect your information.
• HighLevel, Inc. (GoHighLevel). Website and funnel hosting, CRM, membership portal, email and SMS delivery, checkout pages.
• Stripe, Inc. Payment processing, subscription billing, refunds.
• Google (Analytics). Website traffic and performance measurement.
• Meta Platforms, Inc. Advertising measurement and audience matching.
• Telecom carriers and messaging providers. Delivery of text messages you have opted in to receive.
• Accountants and professional advisors. Tax, accounting, and legal compliance.
We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to a valid legal request, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.
9. WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing. Use of advertising pixels described in Section 7 may be considered "sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising" under some state laws. You can opt out by disabling cookies in your browser or by contacting us using the details below.
10. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We keep your information for as long as you have an active account or relationship with us, and afterward for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, or to resolve disputes. Transaction records are generally retained for at least seven years. Marketing contact records are kept until you unsubscribe and are then suppressed so we do not contact you again.
11. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You may, at any time:
• Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message
• Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts
• Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are required to keep
• Ask us to stop using your information for marketing or advertising
Depending on where you live, including California, Texas, and other states with privacy laws, and the EU or UK, you may have additional rights. We honor the requests above for anyone who asks, regardless of where you live. To make a request, email us at the address in Section 15. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will not discriminate against you for making one.
12. CHILDREN
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls and reputable vendors that maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS
Our site and content may link to third-party platforms and tools. Some of these links are affiliate or referral links, meaning we may earn a commission or credit if you sign up. Once you leave our site, that third party's privacy policy governs your information. We are not responsible for their practices.
15. CHANGES AND CONTACT
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
